Several issues with silverback

2016 29 RE cedar creek silverback.

1st issue- air in the water pump preventing the pump to pressurize. All valve, hoses, water pump replaced and has not corrected this problem. Took it into rv dealer put bigger pump in still does the same thing when having to dry camp and use pump.

2nd issue-the black tank does not want to empty completely is there something wrong that we are doing. It still reads 1/3 full.

3rd issue- refregiator when turned onto propane keeps clicking to light. We have to go outside and blow air where the pilot light is to get it to light and stay lite.

Feeling pretty frustrated with our NEW silverback. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Can't help with the water pump issue but the black tank is probably empty. Those gauges NEVER work properly. Not just a Forest River problem. Put a clear fitting inline ahead of your sewer hose and you can see when it's empty when dumping. I never look at those gauges, most people don't. The toilet will "burp" when flushing to tell you the tank is full. The sinks and shower will start to back-up when full. I usually don't close my gray tank valves when I have hookups. No reason not to just let them drain.
Refer problem is the pilot ignitor may need to be adjusted a little closer to the flame. Very easy adjustment.
If these are the only problems you are having with a new unit you're lucky. They all have issues.

On the water pump check to make sure the valve is not close to the FW tank in winterizing mode. I did once took me a day to figure it out. Switch it and got water.

Yes, you might have the valve on the line for drawing in antifreeze in the open position. Or you might have forgotten to open the valve on the line going to the fresh water holding tank.

Tank indicators are notoriously wrong. If I don’t give my black tank a good flushing every time it too will show 1/3 full.

A little Redneck observation: you might know your tank indicator is wrong if you find turds on the bathroom floor😂
