Hi, we have had our's since Oct 2015 and love it. We upgraded from the the 31rk. I guess the only thing is there is a lot less kitchen cabinets than the 31rk, but we have made it work.

If you have any questions fill free to ask.

Ready to buy!

We checked out our seasonal campsite today to c if this 37 BH will be a good fit. It is 4 ft longer than our 2012 surveyor. We want it for more comfortable seating and more amenities . We need the bunk room for grandkids so that was a selling point along with a big stand up shower. we will do one more walk thru and probably buy it . Thanks for your input

Think you will like your Silverback. Since you are using it for seasonal I would highly suggest the residential refrigerator if one is available with it in.

We bought our 37BH in August 2013. Purchased to use on the roadworthy work, and my wife and I have already spent hundreds of nights in it.

Biggest issue is clothes storage, if you are going to use it for weeks at a time. Also, the shotgun style sofa is uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time. We bought three recliners to replace it, but it does cut down on the seating.

Have fun with your grandkids!!

37 BH

The unit we r looking at has the single couch opposite the tv. Then it has a small dinette with 4 chairs where the other couch should be. We are removing dinette then moving the existing couch to where the fine eye was. Then we r splitting the cost of two lazy boy recliners to replace the couch. I agree the couch is uncomfortable . That is why we r moving up from our present TT

37 bh

We r going to buy this model 37bh. We do a formal walk thru and pdi inspection Wednesday. We did a cursory inspection today . We found a lot of cosmetic problems. Wrong color used to fill nail holes. Broken weld on a couch support rod. Shower enclosure top needed more fasteners to hold flush against wall. Faucet loose in 1/2 bath . Rugs in master bedroom not attached to floor properly. Rugs not tight against slide on inside of master bedroom. Just the 12v lights and rain sensor fans were checked . Our salesman who spent a lot of time with us over the course of two weeks took pics of everything and will give to the shop to fix. The same problems we found on our 2012 surveyor were present on this much higher priced trailer. As long as it is fixed b4 it is moved that's all I care about. Dealership is on top of problems and are really working with us to correct all defects. As my other half commented"why don't they build it right the first time "

Bought it

How long have you waited for your dealer to fix problems found during PDI? We did the paperwork and the pdi April 15th . Most of the problems written down on the "we owe " sheet were cosmetic in nature. The dealer has to get a couple better fitting external storage doors. Fit wasn't quite right . And the one sofa bed had broken welds on the support tubes. These needed to be ordered from forest River . The parts for the sofa need to be ordered from vendor. Just need a little guidance as to what is too long !

Update

Called dealer as to status of 37bh purchased on April 14. All items that could be fixed by dealer were fixed. Mostly cosmetic. Parts ordered from cedar creek include , outside panel, 1 trim piece ,spare tire and one item from a vendor for to replace broken weld on rear sofa bed. Tried to get that replaced with lazy boy sofa but no dice . Like for like replacement . Part from vendor could take a couple of weeks, but since it's cold and raining in south jersey, no big deal.
