Silverback 33RE

My wife and I are new to rving and purchased a 33RE last week and other than a couple of trim issues all was well until yesterday. My wife used the restroom and shortly after the unit filled with odor and the floors had a pocket of air under them in the hall and kitchen. It was like they had an air cushion under them. The black tank was only 1/3 full. I filled the tank with water and then drained it and aired out the unit. After this the floors went back to normal, does anyone know what caused this?

I've never heard of this problem before. If this issue continues I'd get the trailer back to the dealer ASAP. Sorry I couldn't be of help.
