I'll answer from my perspective as a Cedar Creek owner. Construction is basically the same, they come off the same assembly line. CC is a bit more upscale, but also runs a little higher in price. Also the CCs may have a bit more insulation on board. However, I can't swear to that. CCs may have more available options than the SBs. Others may have other perspectives.
As for the brochures, I think online is the only source (only one I ever found). If getting to the factory in northern Indiana is not in the cards, I'd suggest looking for a large RV show near you.
