Question Silverback kitchen slide issue

We recently purchased a 2010 Cedar Creek Silverback with 3 slides. The slide with the refrig/stove on it appears and feels to be going down hill when standing in front of the stove/refrig compared to the other living room slide. The outside appearance looks level and the slide abutting the interior wall appears to be making good contact all the way around. Is this a model trait for this year or something I should be concerned about this?

Is there any way to re-wire the slide in/out mechanism where you can only extend one slide rather than all three in succession? This is a definite bummer if you want to stop and make a sandwich, you can't get to the refrig becuse the two slides join in the center of the room.

I have a Cedar Creek Silver Back 29 re 2011. I have three black screw knobs where the city water conn. They control my three slides. I have to screw them in one at a time to control the bed room, living room and the other slide.
You might have the same set up so please check it.
