Silverback Repair Manual w/diagrams?

We are looking for a repair manual that shows a diagram of the black water pipes under our RV. We have a 2014 Silverback 37BH, with a bath and a half and outside kitchen. Having problems with valves breaking and need to know what is connected under there. There are numerous RV Repair and Maintenance Manuals at Amazon. Has anyone purchased one of those and do they address specific RV's? Since ours has a bath and a half, we have a more extended system. Our 1/2 bath black water valve has broken and we just went to empty the front water black tank and I heard my husband shout some un-friendly family-oriented park NO-NO's. The black water from the front was going out the back! We didn't know they were connected except where it all goes to the main valve, and all valves we thought were relevant were closed! Does anyone know where we can get info on this? Forest River just wants to have us take it to Camping World and wait for weeks for it to be fixed, at a huge price, and we are full-timers so that's REALLY a last resort! HELP!

To my knowledge there are no such manuals available from FR. Your best bet is keep doing the searches may find something. Later RJD

If you find a manual that shows where all the pipes and stuff is at let me know, I would love to get one for my Cedar Creek

YOUTUBE "search" is a start. Next your dealer or mobile RV repair service.
If you are NOT TECH SAVVY, get a pro to help you!! PERIOD. You may injure yourself or damage your unit and still need repairs!

It is not that difficult to remove the panels under the trailer so you can see what you want. I have a 2013 Silverback and did so when the dealer could not fix black water system properly and another time when I ran a hot water recycle line. I have done a factory tour and watching the build on these I would doubt you can get anything accurate.

I too own a 2015 SB 37 BH and would be inter. in how the grey and black tanks are plumbed in. Not only for repairs but just how it all works. When i pull the rear galley tank valve it doesn't do anything until i pull the front galley tank valve---just wondering if it is suppose to work that way

If anyone ever finds assembly drawings or manuals as to build sequence of one of our units ... please rush them to the factory so the skilled craftsmen can reference them during the day while they assemble our units.

That's seriously funny!! There are times that I think they build in some gremlins just to see if we can find them. Probably laugh themselves silly reading our posts, as we try to dig ourselves out of one conundrum after another.....

Thanks for all the responses!

I appreciate everyone's responses to my question. And if I do ever get those schematics of the pipes under this beast, I will definitely send them to the factory since they apparently are in need of help. When you ask them where something is or how it is built or how to repair it, they either don't want to tell us because they are heavily invested in Camping World and want us to go there for repairs, or again... they need help. By the time my husband finishes fixing our back bath black water tank valve (he already fixed the front one that fell apart), I'll give you his number so you can send for him to come and fix yours if it malfunctions! It would be cheaper than Camping World!!

I think we will buy one of the newer RV Repair books on Amazon and hope we can use some of the info. We are full-timers and the answer to every problem (and there have been a lot in 2 years!) can't always be "Camping World".

Thanks again!

I read your post to my husband and he said that yes, it is set up so that you can't empty the back galley unless the front galley is open. We don't know why, but the schematic of the pipes would explain a lot.

I will keep up my search to get that info, and will let you know if I do.
