Silverback roof issues

Can anyone tell me if Doug is still the warranty manager?? We have a 2013 Silverback with roof issues that Camping World is saying Forest River said they will not warranty ( however, they did warranty the same issue in the back of the rig 2 months ago, it's now happening on the front, yes, we are still under warranty....thank you.

What kind of roof issue's? I'm sure all the silverback owners on this forum would be interested in knowing! Thanks

My husband isn't home so I'll do my best... where the flat part of the roof meets the rounded cap on the front edge, it's pulling apart. You can see a yellow colored foam material. They covered the back for same reason.

Update on the roof: after Jeff reviewed the issue he authorized the work to be covered by our warranty.
