Slide CC29RE

Have had this problem since day 1
The slide on the drivers side/stove/fridge/lazy boys when it is in tight the edge is 3 inches off the floor at the sink and maybe 2 inches at the fireplace...
Dealer says this is normal and I have never seen a 5er yet that has this problem????

Anyone else have this situation......I need some proof to go back to my dealer....it is a 2014 unit

We have the exact same unit and the slides raise up off the floor as it starts to retract. I think this is to keep the slides from damaging the carpet. We have had no issues with the slides.

X2 on the 33IK slide edges being up 2 inches when in. Just don't leave the kitchen mat down, it fits right under the slide on the way in, but gets picked up on the way out. PITA
