Call Cedar Creek. I have the same problem. Waiting on a mobile company. My right topper has flipped over & is jammed between the side out & the rv itself. Dometic makes a spacer that Cedar Creek should be installing.

Sadly this is the kind of thing we have to expect from an industry that has no quality control procedures in place. This kind of issue should never get out of the factory.

I refer to mine as a "Cedar Crap", nothing has gone right with it since I bought it in "13".

We have a 13 36ckts that we've had good luck with. We bought it used and I've been able to do all my own work on it so far. I don't think I'd buy a new one though.

I'm a retired manufacturing quality assurance manager. We went on a factory tour a few years ago I asked about basic qualitative procedures they might use like checklists or audits. They looked at my like I was speaking Klingon.

The angle of my 2016 cc 29rk was nearly horizontal so first big rain it tore at slide corners as pictured. Replaced it myself with a new Lippert. Used same slide screw holes. Moved the new camper attachment strip above the old one a couple of inches. Works like it should have from the factory only I paid.
