Slideout problem

We are new owners of a 2005 CC 34 ft. 5th wheel. The unit was delivered and on first opening of the slideouts (x3), the bedroom and kitchen walls worked fine. The living slider opposite the kitchen did not open easily. We found that the couch was wedged in the rear of the trailer with the slide out jammed against it. We got the couch out after lots of trouble. Then tried to close the slider, but only the bedroom responded. After a couple of trys, we have the 3rd slider which is the problem off kilter with one side further out than the other. Do you think we sheared off a pin? How do we get to the pin underneath, we have a cover on the entire bottom of the trailer. Any help would be much appreciated. Can't believe someone would close a slider when they knew it was getting jammed up against furniture. P.S. The motor sounds fine, no grinding.
