Is it a rotten egg smell? If so, you may have some stinky water in your lines or water heater. (The best way to fix rotten egg smell is to deodorize the water system with a bleach/water solution.)

If it's coming up out of the sink, do you have the gray valve opened up outside? (Sometimes the smells from the drain will raise up into your camper if you have the valves open.) But the u-traps are supposed to help prevent that.

From time to time I would get a smell in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. I replaced the air admittance valve on the top of the sink drain vent. It permits air (vents) to enter when negative pressures develop in the piping system. Closes by gravity to seal the vent terminal at zero differential pressure. Prevents sewer gases from escaping into the cabinet area under the sink. The one on the vent was a cheap black one that must not have sealed properly. Worked for me so far.
