I think you should head over to CW and train their techs. Nice Job!

It's really sad that most of us who have been doing this for a while have for the most part just decided to fix it ourselves.

Says a lot about the industry.

Perhaps we should all heap praise on camping world for their good work in hiring the mechanically impared. Inept people need employment too, you know !
On the plus side, they do a fine job of refilling my propane tanks.

That first pic done by CW is a disgrace ,how could a service manger allow that to happen ,I would have gone ballistic . And u r right the more repairs you can do the better off you are

I thought I'd throw in another angle of CW's handy work ... it just doesn't show the beat up beltline molding.

Realigned my stove yesterday. It came from the factory where one end of the stove stuck out more noticeably than other end. 20 min later and six screwed the stove looks like it should. It worked the way it was but just bothered me enough that I had to finally tackle that job.

It would have been nice if this would have been seated correctly in first place but most things are easy fixes.

Most fixes can be done by yourself with better results then taking it to a dealer who just the same as the factory does not have a vested interest in doing a good job.

I will do 90% of repairs/fixes myself because they will get done correctly.

For big stuff like AC, refrigerator, heater, roof or major structural I will have dealer or FR do.

My auto leveler only worked at the delivery walk through. I went all year just using the manual leveling buttons. Finally the last day of my warranty I called Lippert and opened a warranty case. After I hung up the phone I walked out to the unit no you driveway, raised all the jacks, turned it off, back on and then hit auto level - everything worked like a charm. Go figure. Just had to laugh.

Actually I have only had a few minor cosmetic issues that I fixed myself. Personally I am Pretty happy with the brand.
