Stackable washer dryer

I bought a used washer dryer set, stackable. With them, I got the brackets to stabilize the washer to the floor. This is a splendide Ariston models. I do not have the instructions for the mounts, but sort of got it figured out, question is, I know they screw down to the floor, but do you mount them to the washer (screw them) before mounting them to the floor?

Another question I have, they show where to drill thru the wall, so I'm going to get a 4" hole saw, but what kind should I use, a bi metal with sort of finer teeth? Thanks

I didn't bother with brackets. It's in the closet and not going anywhere.

Use a fine blade for a smoother opening.
