Stuck Black Tank Valve

So now my black tank valve is stuck open in my 2013 36CKTS. Was able to open to drain before leaving, but now I cannot push it in at all. The other valves appears to be working fine.

How hard is it to replace the black tank valve? Supposed I have to drop the bottom lining and should see the tank and valves?

Once you gain access to the valve it isn't much of a job to replace it.

You can either drop the underbelly by removing the trim and screws or you can cut a three sided flap in the underbelly if you can figure out the physical location of the valve and then reseal it with Gorilla tape. If that doesn't bother you.
