I pick our 29re tomorrow...the tires are Constancy LY188 235/80/r16E. Should I replace before I leave the lot? Or is this a good tire I have never heard of??

I would. Install a decent quality LT tire. Firestone Transforce, BFGoodrich Commercial TA, or Michelin are all good choices.

Do WHATEVER MAKES YOU COMFORTABLE.
Period dot done!
May I add one thing: BUY A TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING STSTEM AND USE IT!!
Even Goodyear has plants overseas!! Buy a good insurance policy with a deductible you can live with and ROLL ON!

Insure your rig, do your part in maintaining your tires as best you can, if the rubber that meets the road starts to fly react easy and sure.

Drive safe, hang tough.

I keep reading threads about tires....I know if I read long enough, sooner or later, I will probably see something, but for right now I'm not finding much bad stuff on the tire I have on our 2014 Silverback 33RL....MasterTrack Power Towing ST235/80R16, load range E......one on this thread mentioned 12,000 miles with no problems....another post mentioned 4 years and 25,000 miles, no problems....we've got about 3500 miles on ours.....don't like throwing away good money....what does a guy do??????

IMO, absolutely no advantage to nitrogen filling. 78% is good enough IMO. I believe it is necessary on some racecars and all airplanes. Totally useless on cars, trucks and rv's. JMO.

TPMS

I chose the TM 66 by TireMinder.
AND VERY HAPPY I DID.
1. Very reasonable cost
2. Very ez to air your tires
3. Comes with 4 yrs of battery support.
5. You know every morning exactly your pressure without lvg your cab.
6. Automatic sleep mode. Saves battery and one charge lasts weeks.
7. Their customer service is absolutely
Phenomenal!! Bar none!!

Call them anytime during bz hrs and they will walk you thru any setting issues you may encounter. AND they are POLITE!!

Made by: Minder Research in Port Salerno, Florida.
Go on YouTube and look up the product and view the demo. TIRE MINDER Tire Pressure Monitoring System.
