Trail Air Installation

Some time ago there was a discussion about a trail air hitch that was installed incorrectly - it was off by just an inch or so. So I'm wondering if anyone knows how they discovered it was off? Is there something I should look for when they deliver my new 5th wheel?

The pin box and hitch receiver height should be set up by the dealer so you have about 6" of clearance to the bed rail and the trailer rides as level as possible.

that would be mine and Lippert sent people down to the dealership to do some fancy welding as the dealer would not touch it. Lipperts people actually caused more damage during the fix, they fried the 12v system ( 2 month to fix) than the dealer messed up replacing the belly pan ( still being worked on) So my recommendation would be if the pin box ins not level with the 5th wheel buy something else. out of the 4 cedar creeks on the lot at the time i bought mine 2 were as out of level as mine and 2 were less.
