TV Lift

On my tv lift, one side is higher up, one corner of tv got caught on a cable and tv went down uneven. How do I get tv level again?

It's a 2015 Cedar Creek 32RL the tv lifts up from behind the fireplace, it's a 46in Jensen, I don't know the mount model. The left side is higher than the right side. I just thought someone on here might have had the same problem and might know how to make adjustments Click image for larger version

In my Rockwood the mounting holes are slotted and can be adjusted if you loosen the screws and adjust accordingly.

It will be on the back of the television and looks like it's going to be a pain in the rear try using two wooden dowels or something similar that won't hurt the TV or counter , with a helper to hold the TV in place after loosening re tighten just don't strip them if you have good upper body strength DAMHIK (don't ask me how I know).
