Vac not working

Is there something i'm missing on the built in vac on my 36CKTS?. Power on and open the kick plate and nothing, tried plugging hose in and nothing. As far as I can tell all the breakers on good, is there a secret breaker somewhere?

Is it plugged in? Is the bag section open?

1. When new our vac had the spare bags and such stored inside of it and the cover was partially open and would not come on until that cover was closed tight.

2. Ours plugs into an outlet in the front storage area just above the unit itself.

CC replaced my vac at the Goshen rally. I think it is in the controller. It had a mind of it's own.

Some basic troubleshooting. I know this may seem simply but this is how you trouble shut an issue.

First is the camper plugged into shore power? The vacuum only works on 110.
Second is the circuit breaker turned on for the vacuum.
Third does the floor sweep work? If so is the proper end of the hose pushed into the vacuum port?
Fourth is the unit plugged into the 110 port in the basement under the steps, behind the sliding door?
Fifth, is the vacuum cover closed tight where you change the bag?
If you have checked all of this and the vacuum is still not working than you will need to have the unit serviced.
