Visit to the factory

Just had a great visit in Topeka , what a awesome experience Jeff Holmes made me feel welcome and showed me all around the factory and now I know Cedarcreek was definitely the right choice to make.
I just happen to be in the area
delivering a truck nearby and popped in unannounced and they just took the time to show me everything the quality of the construction was everything I expected it to be just makes me know that the unit we bought was definitely a good choice
Ours is a silverback 29ik.

It is a great tour, but if you are looking for a specific model, you should call ahead. I made an appointment for my tour, hoping to get a look at the 38FL in process, but they weren't building any at that time. Oh well.

Jeff Holmes helped me get some warranty work done. I've never met him but he seemed like a nice guy on the phone! He works warranty authorization for the West Coast & Texas.

We've been to the factory three times - twice for a tour and once to get some minor repair done. We were in the area, so it was convenient. BTW, anytime you are in the factory area, stay at Shipshewana South. Nice park, very peaceful. And we love roaming around the Shipshe area anyway.

All the folks we have dealt with at the factory are super folks. When I took the rig in for that minor repair, the guys not only fixed it, but they swarmed all over the trailer and fixed everything they could find - light bulbs, loose screws, replaced a strrip I had knocked off the exterior, etc. All for free! We were still in warranty at the time, but they do that for everyone no matter how old the camper. I also attended the FROG rally in Goshen this year. That was a big thing at the rally - the maintenance crews were all over us fixing and improving stuff.

+1 for the factory folks!

They really took good care of us on a frame issue.
