There is a thread about a week old named

Names and phone numbers. I posted the answer to your inquiry there. I would post a link for you but I have not been able to do that with my iPhone...

Go into your previous thread in the App. The second line down from the top will be the thread name followed by a greyed-out ">". Touch that line. That will take you to the thread in the embedded browser. At the bottom is an arrow-in-a-box icon that will allow you to copy the link. After you've done that, press the bottom in the top-left to go back to the app. Go to the thread where you want to post the link you've just copied and start your new post as normal. There will be a button with a "+" or, in landscape mode it will say "Advanced". Press that and select "Web link". That opens a dialog box where you can past the link you copied. All done.

Edit: Corrected an error in the instructions.

Your instructions did not work when I got to the circular arrow icon. It only refreshed the page. However it did get me to the post number which, when pressed for a couple of seconds, copied the link below.
At that point, I rejoined the process you outlined and ended up here. So now I will post this so I can see if it worked...

Edit: The link above takes you to the referenced thread. The names and numbers are in post #3.

Oops! I should have said "arrow-in-a-box" icon instead of the circular arrow. Thanks for responding. (I edited my origin post to correct it.)

I just learned a better way when you want to reference a particular post however. Note that the post number (eg "#3") is underlined. It's a link. Hold that for a moment and it will let you copy a link to the exact post number.
