We found it Cedar Creek Owners!!!!

For all you Cedar Creek Owners, the DW and I found it.....And, without pics some will say it never happened, so, here's the proof.....Kathy and I made it this morning on our hike down to the bottom of Cedar Creek Canyon to the base of Cedar Falls at Petit Jean Mountain in central Arkansas and back up(1mile down and 1 mile up).....just wish more water had been coming over the falls but couldn't expect much for a late August day in Arkansas...not bad for two out of shape seniors...beautiful experience to participate in....well worth the effort!!!......BTW....might just have to bring the Cedar Creek Silverback 33RL back to Cedar Creek on another visit some day .... just one of Arkansas' pretty sites.

We passed near there on our way home from Goshen but didn't stop. We stayed one night in Mountain View and the next at Beavers Bend.

BTW, my wife's great niece plays soccer at ASU.

What, you mean our Cedar Creek was not born in Topeka? Looks like a very nice place!

Beautiful park. We hiked that trail to with the same result, not much water. We also did 2 other hikes in the park. I highly recommend Petite Jean SP.

We just spent the night then ate a great breakfast at a little restaurant downtown.

Watch for Katey Carmichael on the lady Red Wolves soccer team.

Sent (I think)

Agree...Petit Jean is one of our best state parks for those passing thru the Natural State.....they can control that water fall by the release of water from Bailey Lake....wish they would have opened it up for us...for a 67 and 68 year old, it was a good adventure

And the sunset was a pretty site over Cedar Creek Canyon last evening!!!
