Question Where is the water pump?

This may sound like a stupid question, however I am unable to locate the water pump and how to turn it on. We have a 2015 Cedar Creek 36ckts and bought it from a Dealer in Kentucky (Day Brothers RV)who did a terrible job of orientation. We had it delivered and now I am having trouble getting them to fix the things we have issues with. But, when we turn on the gravity feed, the water comes out in a trickle.
Also we did not get information on turning on the heat pads for the holding tanks, or are they automatic?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Heat pads are the far right rocker switch on the panel. BIG red light above it. Toggles on and off.

Did you fill the Fresh Water Tank? You have to turn the toggle switch in outside compartment away from City and towards Gravity, then let the water fill up the FWT. It will overflow under trailer if you fill too far.

THEN turn on pump inside. Should be the toggle switch to the LEFT of the DSI/FLT switch. Then turn on water faucet.

If it's like our 2013 there's also a fresh water tank shutoff valve in the outside utility closet that has to be turned on to use the fresh water tank.
