I would be perfectly comfortable towing one with my single wheel 1 ton. Only 2000 lbs more than I'm currently towing, and I can't even tell its there

In all our travels, we've only found one car wash that could take a dually. But this link will tell you where you can find a Blue Diamond truck wash. They're meant for tractor/trailers, but will be happy to wash yours, and it's usually only $12.00 (costs that much in quarters for most DIY's).

Your warranty will be void unless you pull it with a Dodge Ram Cummins diesel....

Our '12 F350 DRW went through the car wash at Crosley Ford's Quick Lane with room to spare and it was free for the basic wash. It also got 12 mpg avg on our 10,000 mile annual adventure.
If I was in need of a TV for a 36CKTS today, I would buy the '15 Ram 3500 DRW with the Asin trans and Cummins Diesel. Probably a Big Horn pkg and side storage boxes as well.
Just sayin...

I pull a 2014 38CK with a Chevy 2500 DA, but then it's a bigger heavier trailer and apparently doesn't require a dually to pull it. In Ohio a 1 ton requires commercial plates which cost more.

"Your warranty will be void unless you pull it with a Dodge Ram Cummins diesel", said the RV salesman to your wife as you slip him $100...
