Window Shade Clips

Anyone have a source to purchase the black plastic clips that hold the roller shades in place? I may end up calling CC customer service but I wanted a quicker route.
Thanks.

You can use the old clips, no need to replace it. Put a ty-wrap around the clip, and between the rolled up shade and the metal holder.

Cut off the excess ty-wrap, and bingo! Fixed.

Are you asking about the Black plastic/metal brackets that hold the Slow Rise Shades in place at the top of the header?

If so, you should contact "Irvine Shade and Door Inc" the maker of the Slow Rise Roller shades that are used in the Cedar Creek. I have contact them for several different issues on my shades and they have been extremely helpful and sent out new brackets free of charge to me.
