I will have to go FAR to find someone good enough. There are certain things you just can't get in our part of Louisiana. I would try myself but that gets expensive and color matching is not my specialty. Finish work, no problem.

Local Sherwin Williams does a good job of matching stain provided you supply an original piece and the wood you plan on using for your project. Be advised maple does not take stain evenly it blotches, and grain may not match your original if you are using a different wood.

in our 2011 Greywolf the color is Autumn Cherry. Had to special order the color for touchups, remodelings or wood replacement.

Was kind of hoping I didn't have to go through the paint shops. Though some have had good experience going this route, I haven't. Last time brought in 3 species of woods (blanks), a cabinet door from the camper along with a piece of the laminate. No luck. All depends on the person you have working there. I'll probably call CC to see if I can hunt down exactly what it is. This should be something readily available to all owners regardless of make / model. Things happen, some like making mods like me, and sometimes just throwing replacement pieces at a camper isn't an option.

Min Wax Cherry with a few drops of walnut....Keep adding until ok.....Just buy the small cans of cherry to start......When gone you have the formula to repeat....J

Thanks Jim. I'll probably give that a trial run. There's so many darn colors now, I didn't really know where to start if I chose to attempt. This gives me a starting point anyway.
