Do you know what the can says, like "streak remover, streak preventer". Do you just apply it like wax after you wash the rig?

Yep. Spray and rub off with paper towels I do. I'm sure there's a better way but it works. This is the stuff from Walmart. Click image for larger version

Dollar General store and get 'Awesome cleaner' for a dollar or two, works great on black streaks

Here is a link to the RV Tech website:
RV Exterior Cleaner, Black Streak Remover, Mildew Stain Remover, RV Wash, RV Wax, Rubber Roof Cleaner

They are a local company for me.

I'd like to know too. I will look for the streak remover but if there is a solution to the drip problem I'd like to know.

I bought two sets of drip gutters and neither would install properly on our Encounter. I still have them somewhere. If anyone has a good solution for gutters, please let the group know.

Meanwhile, like Duck, I'll order some streak remover. I just hate to have to drag out a 12 foot step ladder to reach the upper areas.
