2004 coachmen liberty edition 300QB entry door control panel question!,

Is the green led light suppose to be on all the time on the entry door control panel? Just seems odd to me. The battery disconnect switch seems to easily flip back once switched also? I just bought the rv. I'm working out the kinks. Any help would be appreciated. I'm posting a pic of my control panel also.

The battery disconnect switch is a rocker switch, returns to center.

There is a light on mine, but it indicates that the shore power is running through the battery system.
