94 Coachmen axle question

Friend has a 94 Coachman on a E350 chassis. He needs a California brake and light inspection but needs to know whether this chassis used a floating axle or can the rear wheel just be removed. There's a significant cost if the mh has a floating axle. Thanks.

I think he should be able to contact his Ford dealer with the vin and have them look up the shipped configuration when it left the factory.
