Assistance needed please!

Hi Everyone!
I'm not certain that I'm in the right place for this post so correct me if I'm wrong.
My husband and I just introduced ourselves yesterday and we are here in VA. Our temps are supposed to dip into the teens overnight and we have not winterized our Coach. We never received ANY of the the "owners paperwork" or manuals that came with the Coach back in 2012. The ONLY paperwork we received is of course the OUR "mortgage" paperwork. Honestly I am working with Coachmen to get a manual for the Coach (although I know they are available online, we'd like a hard copy) as well as owners manuals for ALL the other parts of the Coach and appliances. It's maddening and we are not sure what we need to do since our temps may dip into 15-14 degrees overnight.
Would any of you be so kind as to instruct us or share what we should do?
THANKS in advance for your assistance!!!
Mike & Me!

You haven't indicated if you're living in it or not. As long as you keep it heated (even the lowest setting on the thermostat) everything should be OK. Do you know if the tanks are heated or is the underbelly ducted with furnace vents?

Dave

Hi Dave!

Thank you! We are NOT living in it yet. We are going out to turn on the heat!! We received NO manuals or information with the Coach so we do not know if the tanks are heated or not.

Thanks,

Karen
