Us too. We never take a cooler. Just turn on the fridge and let it automatically select gas. I have to watch mine to make sure it fires up. Sometimes it wants to time out and not stay lite. I shut it off and start again. Every time it stays on on the second try. John t so you know the freezer will get cold first and usually good enough in a couple hours. The Fridge takes longer. At least 4 hours. Then I load it. I've run the fridge for a number of days on propane and it hardly uses any.

My fridge is always on - I keep my 3010DS plugged in while home - and the fridge is on AUTO. When I disconnect the shoreline , I do stand by the fridge vent until I hear the propane light. Then I know I'm good to get on the road. So, to answer your question, propane.

Have fun on your trip!

You obviously don't drink as much beer as me.

If I remember correctly, last camping trip we had a 30 pack of beer, a 12 pack of Mike's and a case of Smirnoff Triple Black - all in the fridge. For the weekend. Came back with most.

Coaxial cable! Damn, I figured I'd forget something.

Sooooo many things to buy to equip the rig when you're a Newbee. I never even thought about a coax cable for the TV. Luckily, my camping neighbor is a veteran and loaned me his spare. LOVED the way the Concord drove through the mountain roads of Oregon. So far, our FIRST trip is just BITCHEN! 👍🍻

First time out... Furnace observations

- A bit noisy.
- Nice warmth from the floor vents.
- Cool air from the ceiling vents. What's up with that? Is there a setting somewhere?

Furnace issue resolved

My camping neighbor explained the secret behind getting the furnace to blow ONLY warm air and stop the cold air coming out of the ceiling vents. Pretty simple, once someone explains it.

The big secret was to set the FAN to AUX. Now when the FURNACE comes on, the air conditioner does NOT.

Now, much more quiet and toasty warm.

Got it! Sounds like you camped next to a great guy.

We run the fan on low during the nights in the warmer seasons to keep air moving, wife has to have a ceiling fan on at home. Winter months we will turn it off and use just the furnace. Also like using the fireplace to take the chill off if it isn't quite cold enough for the furnace.

Furrion Navigation Disk?

As we approach maxing out our cell phone data for the month, I thought I'd finally take a look at the Furrion Nav unit. Looking through all the manuals... I don't see a disk. Did any of you Concord owners get a disk with your coach?
