Chevy vs. Ford Cab Space

I have a 2016 Class C Coachmen Freelander 21RS with a Ford chasis. A friend would like to buy something similar but his wife is rather large and the Ford cab is too tight for her legs. Any idea how much larger or leg room is available in the Chevy chassis?

There is a fair difference between the ford and Chevy. Also, the ford 450 has a little more width in the cab than the 350. It's nearly impossible to get a new Chevy however so they may need to go used.
