The slide could just be an adjustment to the cables...anything else will take some time to fix and hopefully no seal problems. We had a similar problem but a seal was damaged..took a month (dealers were busy).

The left door seems to be mounted cockeyed so that it does not want to stay open. It also does not line up with the right side door.
I think the slide just needs aligned. Looks like the rear engages at a different point when closing and opening.
