confused about fresh water tank

hi all, I have a 2013 Freelander 32BH.....I've noticed that when I fill up my freshwater tank that it doesn't seem to fill up - it seems that the water is getting diverted to the black tank? now, I had it winterized at a dealership in the fall - the dealership put on a bypass valve of some kind? before I took it south, I had the winterization reversed and was told that the valve position was such that it was ready for next year? does this ring a bell with anyone? is my freshwater tank being emptied or siphoned? help

Are you sure you are not trying to fill fresh water tank through the black water tank flush system? Pictures always good if you can post.

ok, ....I don't know if I'm connecting to the black tank flush.....please correct me if I'm wrong...here's a pic of the water hookups on the side of my Freelander....as I understand it - the one on the right is for the 50 gal fresh water tank, the one on the left is the RV Park water source hookup....thanks

I can not say from the photo. Looking on youtube it looks like the city water is the one on the left (it is label as such) and the one on the right has a warning label (usually for black tank flush) Is there another hose hook up/cap to the left which could be for filling fresh water tank?
