Cross Country Handling Issues

I have a 2016 Cross Country 360DL. Its pretty hard to handle . I have
had the alignment checked (Within Specs tow -1/16. May not be enough),Ride Height asjusted to specs ( It was off too high right front and too high left rear), installed Henderson Air ride control valves, Safe T Plus
green unit installed with little bias to left to correct road crown and its only
a little better. Trucks passing is better, however on certain roads and with
moderate wind , I will keep wheel heading straight and all of a sudden it
will wander usually to the right sometimes left. I have quite a bit
of slack in steering box . Rig just turned 5000 miles. I am in a park in the Texas Valley and a neighbor with an older rv with Frieghtliner chassis told me he had same problems and installed everything I did plus more and it turned out rear end was out of alignment one side being several inches out of alignment.

I would like to hear any opinions you may have to correct my handling problems. I am very happy with my 360 DL except handling.
