One of the dealers told me the issue was resolved after the '15 models.

No, I do not have that info. And from what I have saw from investigating this it is with all furniture home and rv. I have a couch at home that is peeling but it is a lot older than my rv.

I've been living in Puerto Vallarta for 10 years and have seen the problem numerous times. Sit on a sofa in the summer and it will peel off in sheets!

I have same year and model did the same thing. Coachman sent me new fabric to have the furniture reupholstered. However the amount they are willing to pay for the labor to reupholster is not even close to cover the cost. I had several quotes to reupholster the coach with the new covers they sent . The cost was almost as much in labor that for a few more hundred dollars we could replace the units.

Put an 80” Thomas Payne trifold sofa in and the 60” love seat on the opposing side. Much better quality then Coschman installed originally.

So got the new material and took the job on myself instead of paying someone else to do it.

Now to get rid of those pleated shades uggg hate those things. New roller day and night shades set me back over 1500 for 10 of them. Hey but wth its only money.

At the rally, Coachmen had my seats recovered and also put in a denser foam which was half the problem, they are 1000% better, they did say that the material will stretch in 2 directions. Here are the before and after.Click image for larger version

I was going to comment when this thread first started that my 14 didn't have any problems. Went camping this weekend. What did I see, couch starting to peel

I am gonna call Forest River and see if they still feel generous.

They said as long as I was the original owner they would send me out the material. I had to fill some paper work out and email it them. Now the new material wasnt the same color as my old color. But it was fine to get a light brown leather color instead of the off white we had.

I saw this problem right away on my 2016 Coachmen Class C. I have already had new covers made for the dinette cushions and keep the sofe covered. Really poor material to use for a otherwise nice unit.
