Freelander seat belts

Can anyone with a freelander tell me how many seat belts they have. I have the 2018 26ds. I went to check out the seat belts and found only two. They were under the plywood.
I only have one seat belt in the J couch and have cut out slots for two more. I've searched but nothing under there. It's almost like they forgot to install them.
The sleeper couch only has one seat belt also for three seats. Im set to leave on a trip tomorrow and will be one seat belt short.

We have a 2013 28QB.
It has seven. Two in each dinette bench and three for the couch.

Thanks, at the dealer now for some other warranty work, hopefully they can rectify it.
