At times I've had employees about as sharp. Thankfully short term.

I thought I had a fix for the furnace.
The Atwood certified repair man finally decided to separate the furnace on to a heat only manual thermostat to fix my problem.
My furnace worked great for almost a week but this morning the blower starts up but no fire.
Back to square 1!

The tech swapped out the control board and it still didn’t work right.

So, at this point, People have suggested circuit board(swapped it out and didn’t help), freezing regulator(it’s in the 60’s here today), too cold for the propane(again, in the 60’s today, and was in the 40’s all night).
Bottom line, furnace is still not working properly.

.
Ok here a few things . Has gas pressure been tested ? has the igniter been pulled and cleaned or replaced ? being it's at attwood/hydroflame they do use cheap push on electrical connectors , check them all ? anyone verify the sail switch and motor spinning up to full speed ? just a few things . these furnaces can run for 20 yrs with out issues and some can be finicky . i assume the tech pulled the unit and burner out and made sure all was clear from obstruction such s wasp nest etc.

As long as you are pulling the igniter to clean it, make certain to wire brush the mounting surfaces of the igniter and chassis and mounting hardware. Flame presence signal goes back to board through same wire ,but at fraction of voltage

The repairman tested it and found it had the correct voltage running thru it, but today while I was messing with it, it fired up when I wiggled the wires on the switch. Don’t know if it was a coincidence but I’ll be watching that next time it acts up

If it does act up try jumpering it to troubleshoot. Mine would stick open but if I banged it then it would close. On mine two of my ducts where kinked causing it to cycle the limit switch more often during the heating cycle.

if you wiggle wires and it fires , redo connections . 12 volt connections need to be good . if your limit switch sticks then open then replace
