Fridge door hold open latches

We have a Freelander CB20 micro and need to find a source for the blue plastic latches that hold the fridge door open when in storage. Internet searches haven’t revealed much. Does anyone have a link to source these out.? Thanks , appreciate the help.

Wow!!!! $20 ?!?!?!

I think you could take 2 or 3 good playing cards, glue them together, then take a razor and cut out those slots....I'll try it myself and see.

Just take something that's longer than the fridge is deep and stick it in there so the doors won't close. It's not rocket science.

I cut two pieces of pool noodle to sit in the door shelves of the freezer & refrigerator. They prop the doors open a few inches when the trailer's in storage.

My neighbor used some old spent Starbucks cards and an exacto knife and made his own.

X2: on the pool noodles! We cut them length wise so, they can be slide over the shelf edge and hold the door open when in storage. Very cheap to buy.

Also, note that it's the condensation on the cool interior surfaces, after shutting the fridge off, that causes odor. Once the doors are wide open long enough to equalize inside surface temperature with room air, the now dry fridge can be all closed up to keep bugs and dust out, without fear of mildew and food decay odor.

It that light, it is better to prop the door open only temporarily and never store it open for extended periods.
