Front panel 2011 freelander

I have a 2011 freelander last year I got a crack on front panel over the passenger side took to the dealer they sealed with silicone this year it grew to 3 inches. Called 2 rv dealers with little response so I took it to a local body shop that works on motorhomes. They discovered that there's cardboard in between the outside panel and the insulation was soaking wet. Both side rails weren't sealed. I can't believe they would put cardboard there brochure said panels are azdel composite. The roof was ok dealer checked last year. I emailed forest river last Tuesday and dealer with no response.
Any suggestions????? Thanks

Try contacting John Vrydaghs at Johnv@forrestriverinc.com He is the Class A person but he should be able to give you the Class C warranty/service person.

update

The motorhome was in the shop from April 2014 to the end of June with to many back and forth email and phone calls. Water was running down both sides of the "rail" that had not been caulked. The leak in the RV was not a one-time occurrence but one that was taking place over time (while the RV was still in warranty) the screws were rotted. Coachmen said because the motorhome was out of warranty quite a bit that I, as a goodwill gesture they would supply the parts for the repair at no charge. The parts didn't come at once everytime I got a part I was missing something else and calling the service people was a hassle (very rude). They pretty much told me and the body shop to stop calling. Two rv dealers didn't want to do the job, so I went to a auto body shop. Coachmen will not pay for the labor because of the "inexperience" of the body shop. I've done 3,000 miles with no problems. From dealing with Coachmen (Forest River) on this matter it's safe to say that I will not buy another Coachmen.

Darn! He was the only one at Coachmen that ever responded to emails. I guess their customer relations is worse.
