The Jensen DVD player in our freelander keeps pausing when we try to watch a DVD. Anyone experience this and know of a fix other than replacing?

Thanks

Does this happen with all DVD's? Have you tried pressing the reset button? It is located to the left of the MODE button.

If you'd like, feel free to call our Tech Service department at 877-845-8750 M-F 8:00AM till 6:00PM EDT for assistance.

I believe they make a disk for cleaning DVD players. Check at Walmart electronics department.
It may be just some dust that got in there or fingerprints on the DVD.

I haven't had time to look into this issue. Probably going to have an RV shop look at the unit since it's covered under the extended service plan we bought with the RV.

thanks for the replies
