Lights not working on Prism 24G
I just discovered that the perimeter and licence plate lights on my 2015 Prism 24G are not working. I am not sure they ever did, as I have not driven it at night. All the other exterior lights, front and back, are working.
I assumed it could be a fuse, so I consulted the Springer fuse manual. It listed fuse #20, on fuse block F55/5, which is supposed to be located below the driver's seat in a compartment with 4 other fuse blocks.
Fuse block F55/5, and another fuse block (F55/7) are not installed.
I called Coachmen customer service. They have tried to help, but, incredibly (to me) they don't know where the fuse for that circuit is, nor why the 2 fuse blocks are not installed.
If any of you have or know someone with a late model Prism 24, I'd really appreciate it if you would look at your installation, to see if you have the same situation. It's actually easy to get to the fuse compartment. You simply have to remove a decorative skirt attached by Velcro and then open the door on the compartment. It will be obvious.
Of course, if anyone knows the answer off the top of their head, that would be great.
Without an answer, I'm going to have to enter the world of warranty hell.
Thanks in advance.
