Mirada over head bed won't come down evenly.

Just brought our new Mirada 35 BH home. Everything was good until we tried the overhead bed, only one side started to come down (passenger side) so I let off the button. Any ideas, I'm sure Is a situation that I will probably have to call the dealer.

most of those units have a drive motor on one side and the other side is driven by a shaft. If the shear pin is broken or has fallen out the bed will not come down evenly. Check the side opposite the motor and see if the shear pin has either broken or fallen out.

Mine did the same thing. There should be a pamphlet in the paperwork that came with the coach that gives you info on how to calibrate the bed. I tried 3 times and gave up. My switch is in the cabinet above the door. Not easy to get to. Will have to take to dealer.
