My Coachmen Mirada is about 14 years older than the one your looking at, so there probably isn't a lot of similarities. :-)
On the Ford F53 chassis, you may want to drive it a little bit to see how it handles, I guarantee, it will NOT handle like an SUV.
Before you spend any money on other stuff to improve handling, i.e. track bars, steering stabilizers, etc, etc, etc do this first. You may find the CHF is all you need to do, and if you do it yourself, it won't cost you anything but about 1 hour of your time.
The CHF simply changes the position of the torsion bar links to a different setting, firming up the chassis and greatly improving the characteristics.
You can see how mine are done, Yours are very similar. This one item will vastly improve the "squirreliness" of the F53 chassis.
