Coachmen seems to neglect putting a dedicated pantry in most of its class A MHs.
We have a 2015 Encounter 37LS Has anyone built one in or modified there existing cabinets to accommodate one.

We added a shelf in the main upper and had a drawer installed under the dining (ours is a U)
Table bench seats. We use our upper bunk for storage with plastic cargo buns. No great but it works.

Adding to your observation - small cabinet drawers are inconvenient for cutlery.

Taking in the sights wherever my Trolley takes me.

We removed the metal garbage and installed these.

I also added slide locks so they won't move when travelling.
