Question about '09 Freelander 3150SS water control

Trying to figure out the water controls on our Freelander and unfortunately the owner's manual borders on embarrassing. I realize that we didn't buy a Prevost coach but I don't think it's too much to expect a model specific owner's manual instead of a book that is so generic as to be useless.
Ok, enough whining, my problem is determining the purpose of the various controls on the panel. In my photo a plug can be seen as having a barcode sticker still attached. What is the purpose of this fitting? Is it for filling the tank? Is it for city water service?? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sorry you have not received any assistance. You may want to try posting on the iRV2.com forum. I am sure you will find an answer, but not to sure if it will be in the manuals.
Enjoy your new to you RV.

Our 2008 3150SS had a similar panel and that fitting is used to winterize your system. Anti freeze gets sucked into that fitting by the water pump. turn your fixtures on one at a time until pink runs out. Don't forget the outside shower.
