Quiet

Pretty quiet around the board with winter on top of us. Checked our coach a couple days ago and was distressed to find the power out and the house batteries somewhat discharged (12.2 v).

Talked to the owner of the storage facility and he admitted that he had assumed I didn't want power and so shut it off when he was checking the breaker box. What I would have liked to do....

He promised to flip it back on. Checked it again yesterday and it was still off. Got that fixed and the chassis and house batteries are now warm and under charge. I use multiple level chargers to keep them up without boiling the water out.

Gary and ready for Spring already.

Sounds like you need to take a week end shake down trip to a state park campground 😊

I do, I do, but it's winter and the temps have been in the negative numbers.

Thanks for your retirement thoughts. I'm learning a lot about what other think about retirement and also learning many of us share some of the same thoughts.

Gary

Heard it's pretty COLD in Florida, too! But then again, I'm here in the Northeast, so "cold" is all relative.

I, too, am dreaming of getting back out in the motorhome again. Spring can't come soon enough!

It was 30F here yesterday and felt balmy. Almost short sleeve weather. Going back down to cold later on today. Hmmm, have to get out and move some snow around. Shovel or snow blower...what to do, what to do.....
