Slide gasket misaligned

The gasket on one side of my slide appears to be coming off. No issues with leaks or anything strange yet but I want to prevent issues with this gasket by repairing it. I purchased the MH in April as a private sale and may not have noticed the tear at the top right corner. The right side gasket coming loose is something new. I would like to fix it but the local RV shop wants $740 + taxes to fix it. They are charging $140 for the gasket (3 sides) plus 4 hours labor. Even though only one side is damaged they say all three need to be replaced for a proper repair. The top gasket piece and the side gasket pieces are glued and will not come apart without damaging the "good" top gasket.

Has anybody repaired this on their own? Any suggestions? The RV is sitting at the shop waiting for a decision to repair or not.

Please note: I couldn't get the pictures with the correct orientation. The issue is with the right side gasket and top right corner. All the pictures should be rotated CW 90 degrees. Sorry!

Thanks!
