We have also done the Freightliner 6 month service $$$$$$ but it has to be done! We like the coach but dislike some of the cheap finishing but in all fairly good value. Really hate the TV being so far from the DVD! Will keep this until we can afford to upgrade into something else!

We ended up with the 405FK Red October exterior paint, picked it up toward the end of February. Agreed, there are 'some' finishings they could have done a little nicer, vanity top, dresser top in the master, dining table top, but for the cost of the coach...you can't beat it. I would say in comparison to a Berkshire, well there isn't much difference.
Ours is in the shop now, propane regulator had to be replaced (leaking), things happen.
Coming from a gasser the is a pretty good leap. I don't know how many other DP's or gassers come with an AGS (Auto Generator Start) but it sure is nice to have.
The dealership we bought from added some
options.
Stack washer/dryer
sleep number bed
porcelain tile floors
power driver and passanger seat
upgraded shower
Alcoa wheels
full slide out cargo tray
double clear coat
Diamond shield
dual pane windows
8K generator
in motion satellite
Residential Refridgerator
2000W inverter
outside entertainment
and other things as well
on the down side, we wish it had an awning over the door
Your coach may have come with some, if not all of the same options, but we got all this for about 20K less than the Berk
When it comes down to it the 405FK is basically the same as the Berk 400QL except the 400QL has a King Bed
Stock wise they are the same engine, same transmission and same chassis
One of the biggest winners for the Cross Country is the flat floor in the master.
We are very happy with it and plan to put many many miles on
