Thank You Nate and Tim—Slideout Issues

A big and I mean big shout-out to Nate Hedges and Tim Buss at Forest River Service and Warranty. I had a slideout issue with my 2015 Class A motorhome while in Indianapolis, Both Tim and Nate took my phone calls and emails, made arrangements for me to bring it back to the factory, and had it fixed in no time. In a day in age where people only complain about service, Nate and Tim went out of there way to take care of their customer. I could not be happier with the way I was treated and the way my issue was resolved. Thanks to both of you for caring and assisting me with my RV. I will buy Coachman again because of these two employees! (And of course the employees that did the work)

Been there - been WOWED by FR Plant 310 service and support. Met Nate for a tour once at the plant before he took over service. Truly passionate about the pride in building Coachmen class A which I believe are the best kept secret.
