New Aviator Electra

Just bought the Electra. So far so good.
Hope there won't be many problems.

Nice. Doesn't sound like the Aviator sold well, but that is one cool trailer.

welcome to the club! Assuming your dealer told you the story behind the Aviator line, than you know you are one of the 20 or so owners in the country, sounds kind of exclusive huh?
well not too many problems aside from the usual , probably fewer than most. I hope you bought it at the much discounted price as some of us did not. At the time we bought ,it was a new RV with what we thought was a future, not really thinking FR would dump them into the market at less than 50% of MSRP, making mine and a few others worthless. Warranty items seem to be taken care of in the usual manner, parts might not be available for Aviator specific parts in the future, only time will tell. Best of luck.

Yes, I knew there were only about 20 sold. I did get it at a good price. We were looking at airstreams and this was so much of a better value. I hope it last a long time too.

I got my Electra earlier this summer and while it had it's share of problems they have all been resolved at this point. I think you will enjoy it.

I am probably the newest owner of Electra, and have two questions. What is the sewer connection at the water panel?
Does the TV antenna raise?
We like the quality of it so far. Though carrying bicycles is out of the question.
regards

Thanks guys;
Grey water valve labeled as sewer connection.
On inside below pantry, and Right behind the hot water heater outside panel, is a door screwed closed, found the water pump and water filter in there.
Will flush out Wed the 5th and go for shakedown at Desoto state park in Alabama.
Also I see why the member earlier complained that his cabinets are falling off the wall. They only put in three of the five screws on the bracket, and one of them is working loose. I hate fixing up after someone else. May save it for the August factory meeting.
